I value quality over quantity, but I feel like this number of photos is the minimum you will always receive <3 Proposals sessions include:
- my help and knowledge planning, finding the perfect spot;
- shoot in a couple locations we decide together in advance;
- 90 minutes photoshoot;
- 80 fully edited, hi-res photos hand edited one by one;
- online gallery with unlimited downloads;
- public blog post to share with friends and family
If you’d like, we can also include flowers as part of your experience. With at least two months of advance planning, this can be a beautiful addition. Florists need time to source the flowers and accommodate their schedules, so planning ahead allows everything to come together seamlessly. Flowers are extra cost.

I’m sometimes asked to photograph a proposal with the idea of “capturing only a few images of the moment itself, 10-15 minutes max” and nothing more. While I understand budget considerations, I truly believe this approach doesn’t honor the depth and significance of what a proposal represents.
A proposal is more than a single question — it’s a turning point in your story. It deserves time, care, and space to unfold naturally. Allowing for a fuller experience means we can document not only the “yes,” but also the emotions leading up to it and the joy that follows. This is how images become honest, emotional, and timeless — capturing not just how the moment looked, but exactly how it felt.
A proposal isn’t just a photo session — it’s a once-in-a-lifetime moment, filled with anticipation, emotion, and meaning. It deserves time, care, and the space to unfold naturally. Mini sessions simply don’t allow for the flexibility and attention a proposal requires.
From planning and coordination to the moment itself and the emotions that follow, proposals can’t be rushed or confined to a strict time slot. There’s the build-up, the nerves, the surprise, the “yes,” and the quiet joy afterward — and each part matters.
